Mentoring
One of the key benefits of FCS membership is eligibility to participate in our highly successful Mentoring program as either a Mentor or a Mentee. Interested members submit an application, which is reviewed by our Mentoring Committee. Mentors and mentees are paired based on an alignment of mentee goals and mentor experience. Pairs are asked to meet at least monthly, virtually or in-person. The Committee stages quarterly “check-ins” for all pairs, typically in a virtual event format. Pairs also receive invitations and discounts to select FCS events. Mentorship extends for a 12-month period; upon “graduation,” mentees are encouraged to continue the relationship and are invited to participate in additional mentoring relationships as desired.
