FCS Boston will stage a full-morning Education Summit on Thursday, September 19, at the offices of Columbia Threadneedle Investments, on the theme “Customer Experience Innovation in Financial Services Marketing.” The content of this event will be driven by the research and work of Frank Dudley, professor at Northwestern University‘s Medill School and president of Financial Marketing Institute (FMI)

As Customer Experience consistently ranks as the top priority and responsibility of most CMOs and their colleagues managing digital marketing, we will be exploring how financial services firms are successfully creating deeper and more personalized customer engagement by optimizing customer experiences.

The Summit will feature research plus panel discussions with marketing executives from leading financial brands and their resource partners.
