VIDEO REPLAY

The FCS will focus on "Hyper-Personalization" in a special virtual event, free to our members as well as our industry colleagues. Niharika Shah, Chief Marketing Officer of The TIFIN Group, will moderate a panel discussion on the role personalization will play in redefining marketing in both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and intermediary environments.

For many years now, Personalization has been at the forefront of enhancing marketing through technology. Like other sectors such as Retail, CPG, and Travel, Financial Services now stands at the cusp of new disruption with the nascent adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Behavioral Science.  Our panel of financial marketers will explore the value of hyper-personalized engagement and the role of content. With an eye to the intermediary marketplace, so critical to the realm of insurance, wealth and asset management, we will explore tech advances that are changing everything from social media to email marketing to publisher relationships. We'll also look at the continued evolution of target client profiling through AI and machine learning in CRM systems.

Join us for this virtual conversation that will get 'very personal.'

VIDEO REPLAY

The FCS Young Members Circle (YMC) launches a three-part virtual event series called "Your Future At Work." In collaboration with exclusive programming partner Forbes, YMC will present panel discussions on key topics top of mind for young professionals today: Diversity, the Post-Pandemic Workplace, and Careers.

2020 has undoubtedly caused unprecedented changes to consumer behavior, work culture and the marketing landscape. As marketers, we are now presented with new and nuanced challenges, and find ourselves asking, “How will the ways in which we work, where we work, and how we work continue to manifest and evolve”?

The first event in the series, "Improving Diversity in the Workplace and in Marketing," will explore how financial brands are finding meaningful ways to create environments of inclusion both internally and externally, the increasing importance of building a diversity-forward brand and marketing’s essential role in advancing the conversation.

Moderated by Chardia Christophe - Garcia, Executive Director, Audience and Community Marketing, Forbes, the panel will include:

  • Nikki Darden, Head of Global Marketing Integration, Citi
  • Justin Grant, VP, Corporate Communications, JPMorgan Chase
  • James White, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Lord Abbett

Jessica Sibley, CRO, Forbes, will offer opening remarks.

While the content for this series has been designed with our young professional audience in mind, all FCS members and our industry colleagues are welcome to register for these free events.
