CMO, Wealth Management & Affluent Segment
As Chief Marketing Officer for Chase Wealth Management and Affluent Segment, Dipti Kachru leads marketing for a suite of affluent banking, wealth management and digital investing products offered by Chase. She is responsible for development of strategic marketing programs that deliver on business acquisition, deepening and retention goals, and management of the end-to-end client experience, guiding the brand & advertising strategy, content strategy as well as the digital and branch experience. Dipti also leads key product development and innovation efforts across Chase focused on the affluent segment. Recognized for her strong leadership, analytical acumen and passion for driving breakthrough creative, Dipti has extensive experience in wealth management and financial services marketing. Over the last 7 years, she has held senior marketing roles at Chase as well as J.P. Morgan Asset Management, before which she spent 7 years OppenheimerFunds, Inc. across various marketing functions.
