The event will open with a presentation of the brand-new results of SiriusDecisions’ annual CMO survey.

Then we'll turn to our panel of senior marketers for their insights on the approach they'll be taking following Labor Day as they undertake planning for 2019.  What are their priorities?  What are the challenges they'll face?  How can existing and new resource partners help them acheive success?

We'll talk about their growth strategies as well as those areas that need improvement.  Topics might range from the media mix to talent and headcount.  We'll hone in on challenges around client engagement... from the difficulty in gathering and interpreting accurate data to the development and distribution of relevant brand content.

Ultimately, we'll ask about how they believe their marketing investments can be optimized.

Morgan Stanley

Zoya Levin is the Chief Operating Officer and leads Strategy for Wealth Management Marketing. With Morgan Stanley since 2014, she’s responsible for marketing strategies that promote the Firm’s wealth management franchise in the competitive marketplace. She also drives marketing strategy and analytics across product and client segment initiatives, aligning marketing results with strategic priorities and demonstrating business impact. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Zoya developed strategies to drive revenue growth through data-driven client engagement for Fidelity Investments. She began her career as a Product Manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Zoya holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Kirti Naik is Russell Investments’ global head of brand & digital insights, responsible for leading and driving the development of the firm’s brand position and serving as the principal brand global architect and driving strategy through research and insights. She has more than 18 years of experience in traditional marketing, consumer marketing, business-to-business and digital marketing across a variety of industries, including entertainment, manufacturing, luxury apparel, consumer banking and asset management. Prior to joining the firm, she served as global head of brand & advertising at OppenheimerFunds for nearly seven years, transforming the brand and leading marketing innovation via VR, 360, biometrics technology and a unique approach to brand partnerships. In her prior four years at Citibank, she launched new innovative communication platforms and led the company’s online communications strategy. Kirti has been honored as the Advertising Working Mother of the Year by Advertising Women of New York (AWNY) & Working Mother magazine, one of 20 Rising Stars in Financial Marketing by the Gramercy Institute, and one of Brand Innovators’ 40 Under 40. Kirti also serves on a panel of judges for both the Effie Awards and the Midas® Awards. Her prior campaigns (Challenge the Index, The Optimist Index; Invest in a Beautiful World; Invest in a Rev’d Up World; Growth. Income. Protection.; and Globalize Your Thinking) have earned more than 100+ honors across the financial services industry and advertising landscape. Kirti enjoys spending time with her daughter, Kiran, and singing in a cover band called The Mayhem to benefit charity. She is also a board director for the Fly A Kite Foundation, which raises awareness for pediatric brain cancer, and a member of the non-for-profit, Financial Communications Society and is advisory board director for Emerging Markets Media. She earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Erik Schneberger is Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing for OppenheimerFunds, Inc. and its subsidiary OFI Global. He is responsible for Brand Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Strategy, Creative Services, Client Insights and Integrated Marketing to promote the firm’s thought leadership and investment strategies across Retail, HNW and Institutional channels. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, Erik was Senior Vice President overseeing the Digital, Creative, Multimedia and Marketing Operations functions at Neuberger Berman globally. He was responsible for developing Neuberger Berman’s lead management/generation program, visual identity, advertising and marketing automation capabilities. Before joining Neuberger Berman, Erik was the Head of Digital Strategy for OppenheimerFunds. He has also had a number of roles across the Financial Services and Management Consulting industry with GE Money (now Synchrony Financial), BearingPoint and AON Hewitt. Erik earned his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut and his B.A. in Computer Information Systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is also Six Sigma certified.

Robert brings more than 20 years of financial services experience – managing teams in marketing, sales, research and product development. He joined SiriusDecisions in February 2015 and has a truly global understanding of the challenges facing marketing and sales leaders across the financial services industry. Robert has managed sales and marketing organizations based in Latin America, EMEA and North America, specializing in implementing data-driven strategies to enhance institutional sales and marketing operations in asset management, capital markets and investment banking.

Prior to joining SiriusDecisions, Robert was a managing director at Asas Capital, a global asset management firm specializing in emerging market equities, real estate investment and private equity. While in this role he managed the strategic rationalization of the product portfolio and developed data-driven campaigns targeting the institutional investor market. Before Asas Capital, he served as managing director of Al Mal Capital’s equity brokerage operations, initiating the emerging market brokerage’s agency partnerships with companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley.

Robert has also held senior roles at Salomon Smith Barney, Credit Suisse First Boston and Naeem Global Asset Management. Robert received an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a BA from the University of Richmond.
