This first-ever event was created in response to our membership's keen interest in learning more about the award-winning work that will be honored at the 25th Anniversary FCS Portfolio Awards Gala, on the evening of May 9.
So that very morning, we welcome to center stage a dozen senior marketers to discuss and present their creative work in a series of panel discussions and presentations.

Head of Brand and Advertising
Jennifer Halloran joined MassMutual in 2016 as the Head of Brand and Advertising. In this role she is responsible for brand and customer strategy, research, and centralized marketing support to corporate, product, and field marketing campaigns. Ms. Halloran also oversees all advertising agency partners and engagement programs including social, content and media. She is also Head of MassMutual’s Community Responsibility and oversees vision and management of the MassMutual Foundation and all national programs involving community and employee responsibility and philanthropy. Her team also includes Customer Acquisition and Loyalty Programs and Customer Insights and Experience Research. She also has a direct management role overseeing the Heads of Marketing for all of MassMutual Product and Marketing Channels. Prior to joining MassMutual, Ms. Halloran worked in various marketing leadership positions in financial services and large scale advertising agencies. She spent over 10 years in various roles at Fidelity Investments managing their internal marketing agency teams as well as driving Brand, Advertising, and Integrated digital campaigns. Ms. Halloran also is founding partner of Mobiquity Inc, where she served as both Head of Strategy and CMO and it was during her tenure here that she was nominated one of the Top 20 Growth CMOs in Greater Boston. Prior to Fidelity she was a VP of Corporate Communications at Putnam Investments and served various account management roles at Hill Holliday and Digitas. Ms. Halloran holds a BA in both Economics and Political Science from Boston College and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
Global Head of Brand Marketing & Communications
John leads State Street Global Advisors’ brand, advertising, communications, social media and creative services teams. He led the successful Fearless Girl campaign winning 18 Cannes Lions, a record 5 Grand Clios and the Effie’s most effective brand and marketer of the year awards. Prior to joining State Street in 2015, he held a number of communications and marketing roles at Fidelity Investments including leading executive, internal and corporate marketing communications teams. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Lawrence Boys & Girls Club, and earlier in his career served as a senior advisor to former Massachusetts' governors William F. Weld and Paul Cellucci.
Head, Consumer Media, Social, Content, Sports Mktg
Tad Ehrbar is a Director of Global Consumer Marketing at Citi. His team oversees Global Consumer Media, Social, Content and Sports Marketing for the Consumer Business. He has been with Citi since 2011. His teams work on implementing distinct integrated marketing and media campaigns that amplify the brand, promote key products and activate sponsorship assets such as Live Nation, Global Citizen, Justin Thomas and Citi Field. His team also manages partnerships with media companies such as NBC, Google, Facebook and Twitter. Formerly, Tad worked in marketing roles at the National Football League and Sony. Tad is a graduate of Lehigh University and lives in CT with his wife and children.
Vice President, Brand Strategy and Advertising
Wylie Kain is the VP, Brand Strategy & Advertising at OppenheimerFunds. In this role, she is the firm’s primary brand steward, overseeing advertising and paid media, two external agency partners, and the internal Creative Services department responsible for the design and execution of the entire firm’s marketing and sales collateral. Wylie works closely with all areas of the organization to develop brand and product marketing strategies, creative concepts and media programs that deliver on business priorities in the shiniest ways possible, leveraging her luck in working at a firm that believes “good enough” isn’t good enough. Challenge the Index isn’t simply OppenheimerFunds’ creative platform, it’s the impetus for everything Wylie’s team touches. Wylie joined OppenheimerFunds in September of 2017. She cut her teeth as a client-side marketer at E*TRADE as VP, Marketing in a very similar role to the one she holds now. She spent the majority of her 20-year career on the advertising agency side, however, leading account management and business development teams at some of the country’s most famous firms, on some of its most famous brands. Extended life on the agency side gives Wylie a unique perspective on the power of creativity, the value of experimentation and the importance of constant optimization to drive business. This perspective anchors her relationships with her in-house and agency partners alike, and motivates her team to deliver the award-winning work they collectively, consistently and proudly produce.

Senior Account Executive
Jessica Cavalero is a senior account executive for Prudential Financial’s in-house advertising agency. In this role, she is responsible for cultivating the Prudential brand narrative and developing integrated content-marketing initiatives, including the brand's new podcast "Everyday Bravery." Jessica has extensive experience working in the communications industry, including in marketing, PR and advertising. A passionate risk-taker, Jessica is excited by any opportunity to reach consumers through authentic storytelling that ultimately drives deeper engagement.
Digital Experience Manager
Miriam A. Wolf is the Digital Experience Manager for the Asset and Wealth Management Division of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. She is responsible for the strategies and processes driving social, audio and AI engagement. Previously, she served in Asset and Wealth Management as Business Manager to the Chief Marketing Officer, coordinating numerous teams charged with delivering strategic marketing initiatives globally.
SVP, Group Creative Director
Leading ECS’s creative team for wealth management takes world-class agency experience, financial knowledge and vision. That’s an exceptionally rare combination, and it’s what makes Kara the right person for the job. The avid skier—she started at age two and has spent many winters skiing the Austrian Alps—began her career as an art director at some of Boston’s top ad agencies. Over 14 years at Fidelity she supported almost all of the company’s business lines, from retirement sales to Family Office Services. Kara brought her skills to ECS in 2011, after a stint at a startup social network for physicians, and now pushes her team to develop unique, creative, differentiating approaches for ECS clients. She has earned numerous industry awards, and also has served as a judge for the Financial Communications Society and IHAF awards.

Jenn Eldin currently leads Content & Social Media for Citi globally. Last year she spearheaded the launch of Life and Money by Citi, an award winning integrated content destination for the brand. She is a seasoned marketer with close to 15 years of experience in building brands and creating personalized experiences that drive demand. Prior to joining Citi, Jenn has held various marketing leadership roles and overseen a number of digital platforms at brands including Google, BlackRock, and American Express. Jenn received her undergraduate degree at Emory University and her MBA at University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Matt Johnson is the Vice President of Marketing at CommunityAmerica Credit Union. He has 19 years-experience establishing brand marketing and communications visions and strategies in industries including insurance, telecommunications and finance. He believes in the power of storytelling and bringing brands to life in unique ways. He believes in the power of people and collaboration, and that success is only attainable through shared commitment and accountability. Matt resides in the Kansas City metropolitan area with his wife and three children. He enjoys coaching and playing basketball and soccer, traveling with his family and playing guitar and piano. Matt received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communications and Journalism from the University of Kansas.

As a co-founder of Living, Duncan has over 20 years' brand and marketing experience for clients such as EY, Citi, HSBC, GE Capital, Morgan Stanley, Russell Investments, Harneys, Kasowitz, State Street and Nomura. During this time, Duncan has gained great insight into many of the current communication challenges within the financial, professional services and technology sectors. Duncan is also responsible for the development of new accounts and continued client relationships, strategic planning on large client projects, as well as the day-to-day management of Living's fast-paced businesses in London, Hong Kong and New York.
International Managing Director
Vivienne has over 16 years of marketing and communications experience. She started her career in advertising as an account strategist at Y&R Canada before moving to London to work at Ogilvy, TBWA and most recently at Grey Worldwide, where she led the digital and social media consulting practice. She leads both the EMEA and US business and has extensive global experience working on integrated communications programs across a variety of financial and professional services clients.
Philip has almost 30 years of experience as an award winning creative director in advertising, branding and design in the financial services, consumer goods, fashion, travel, and healthcare industries. His clients have included American Express, Franklin Templeton Investments, Prudential Insurance, ADP, Lucent Technologies, Instinet, ITT Hartford, Sector SPDRs, Aberdeen Asset Management, MetLife, Standard & Poor's, Austrian Airlines, Finnair, EL Al, KLM, Air France, Switzerland Tourism, Holland, Guinness, Red Bull, International Papers and The International Olympic Committee. Philip is a native of Dublin, Ireland and has lived in New York for over 25 years. Specialties: Helping visionary Clients to create great moments.
President and Chief Creative Officer
Paul Leibowitz is President and Chief Creative Officer of Leibowitz Branding & Design, a 13-person agency specializing in financial services branding and marketing. For over 20 years, Leibowitz Branding & Design has worked with asset managers, wealth managers, alternative investors, hedge funds and insurance companies to develop brands and integrated digital and print marketing communications. Paul is on the board of the FCS and is a member of the Investment Adviser Association (IAA), the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and has presented on website design and asset management at many industry events. Paul is a past Professor of Professional Practice at Syracuse University, teaching branding and communications design for several years. Paul has also lectured on entrepreneurship at Columbia University and Syracuse University.
