Webinar: "Engaging and Enhancing Client Relationships During Crisis and Market Distress"
The FCS will present a new online panel discussion focused on crisis communications, featuring a nationally ranked financial advisor and three comms pros. The all women panel will talk about how communication is key to building stronger client bonds.
During any crisis, effective communication is key to retaining and strengthening relationships with core audiences. Covid-19 put that theory to the test. While some advisors refrained from engaging as volatile markets rattled clients, successful advisors ramped up their marketing and communication efforts. With in-person meetings a distant memory, marketers and advisors got creative.
This webinar will explore what worked: from content to channels to unconventional approaches – what engaged clients and enhanced relationships. The panel will examine what types of content, messages and delivery methods resonated most with clients, the time-sensitive nature of engaging clients and what the panel anticipates will become part of their long-term communication framework.
The panel will include:
- Meghan McCartan, Executive Director, Marketing / OCMO, HighTower
- Angie Newman, Financial Advisor, UBS Wealth Management
- Jean Lavin, Communication Coach and Founder, JL Insight Communications
The discussion will be moderated by Maria Rosati, CEO, Eminence Communications.
Join us for another invaluable online conversation about the importance of communications.
