We'll look at how traditional financial institutions are adapting to these trends -- or whether they're ignoring them. We'll gauge the impact of these business strategies on the supporting marketing strategies. Our panel of experts will explain what it means for consumers and companies to begin using currencies like Zcash and Bitcoin, and what processes and behaviors will be affected.

Monica is VP of Marketing for Ripple. She previously managed PR for QuickBooks at Intuit. Prior to that, she worked at a global tech PR agency. There she supported startup clients in various B2B and B2C sectors, including a number in fintech, such as Prosper.
Matt Quinn is Quartz’s technology editor. Prior to joining Quartz in June 2015, he was the executive editor of Advertising Age. Before that, he was the editor of CFO Journal, an online edition of The Wall Street Journal for corporate-finance professionals. Matt has held writing and editing positions with Crain’s Financial Week, Inc. magazine and American Banker. Prior to journalism, he was a financial analyst with Wenner Media, publisher of Rolling Stone, Us Weekly and Men’s Journal.
