Brenda Tsai is the Chief Marketing Officer of BNY Mellon, a global investments company dedicated to helping its clients manage and service their financial assets throughout the investment lifecycle. Brenda leads the bank’s global marketing strategy, including brand, advertising, digital marketing, marketing analytics, marketing campaigns and events across the businesses. Brenda is the Global Co-Chair for BNY Mellon’s Women’s Initiative Network and a mentor for the 30% Club. Brenda has over two decades of B2B and B2C marketing experience as a leader in top-tier financial services and consumer packaged goods firms such as FactSet, GE Capital, Proctor & Gamble and Salomon Brothers. She is a strategic and analytical leader, skilled at leveraging data to improve marketing ROI, grow brand equity and ultimately accelerate sales. Brenda holds a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She is based in New York City.
