On June 23, FCS MOVES will feature a live conversation with Justin Poser, EVP, Chief Marketing Officer of M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust Business Lines. Justin will be interviewed by FCS Programming Chair John McCormick of AdNode.
M&T Bank, a Fortune 500 company, traces its origins to the founding of Manufacturers and Traders Bank in Buffalo, New York, in 1856. Today, following the April 1, 2022 merger with People’s United Financial, Inc., M&T Bank has a network of over 1,000 branches and 2,200 ATMs that span 12 states from Maine to Virginia and Washington, D.C.

CMO, M&T Bank | Wilmington Trust Business Lines
Justin Poser oversees marketing efforts for M&T’s Commercial, Consumer, Small Business, Mortgage, and Insurance businesses as well as Wilmington Trust Wealth Management and Institutional Client Services. Justin joined M&T Bank in 2005 through their Executive Associate Leadership Development Program. During his tenure with M&T, he has held leadership positions throughout 8 bank acquisitions and in areas including business strategy, content marketing, performance marketing, lead management, campaign management, and segment marketing. Earlier in his career, he was an international futures trader for Crabel Capital Management and a small business owner. Justin holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, and management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he graduated summa cum laude. He serves as the vice chairman of the board of trustees for the Delaware College of Art and Design (DCAD) and sits on the board of True Access Capital, a community development financial institution serving minority and women owned businesses.
