Co-Head of Marketing
As the Co-Head of Marketing at New York Life, Kari oversees the expression of the brand, including strategy, insights, customer experience and creative. Since joining New York Life in 2008, Kari has established the visual and verbal expression of the brand, connecting it in new and impactful ways across all channels, experiences and audiences. Prior to joining New York Life, Kari worked for the advertising agency JWT where she oversaw global advertising campaigns for HSBC. She has worked on brands such as Morgan Stanley, ACE Insurance, Bear Stearns, Eli Lilly, Maserati, Ferrari and Dassault Falcon Corporate Aviation. She has developed campaigns around the world, including the US, UK, Brazil, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, India, China, and Canada. Kari graduated from Rutgers University, and lives in Manhattan with her husband step-daughter Ruby and 9 month old son Oliver.
