Niharika Shah leads brand marketing, advertising and global insights for Prudential. In her role, she heads Prudential’s fully integrated, in-house Advertising Agency, overseeing brand and content strategy, social media and sponsorship practices, global customer and market insights, external agencies and in-house media planning and buying. The close alignment of the core marketing functions within Global Marketing Communications, including Brand Marketing & Advertising and the Decision Insights Group, are under the leadership of Niharika. Being a technology-savvy marketer with experience leading integrated marketing at leading brands and agencies, she is constantly evaluating emerging media and technologies to meet real consumer needs and deliver business results. She thrives in dynamic environments and is a fan of the “always on” creative approach to brand innovation. Previously, Niharika led brand and digital marketing for retail, financial services and consumer packaged goods companies. Niharika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai (India) and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Rutgers Executive MBA program.
