Jeremy Skule is the Chief Marketing Officer of Nasdaq.  In this role, he is responsible for all brand, marketing, design, digital and social properties as well as internal and external communications. Mr. Skule brings more than 15 years of global brand building experience including a special emphasis on reputation/issue management, integrated business marketing, strategic communications and investor relations--in both agency and corporate settings. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Mr. Skule was the head of marketing and communications at UBS Wealth Management Americas.  There he was responsible for all marketing and communications strategy for company’s 7,000 financial advisors in the United States. Prior to UBS, Mr. Skule was chief communications officer at MF Global Holdings Ltd.  In this role, he was responsible for all marketing, corporate communications and investor relations.  Mr. Skule played a key role in developing communications strategy and enhancing corporate identity. He built the brand from obscurity to become of one of the “up and comers” on Fortune’s Most Admired list. Additionally, he was responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's relationships with institutional shareholders and sell-side analysts and developing the company’s investment thesis. Prior to joining MF Global, Mr. Skule led the financial services practice at Fleishman-Hillard, a division of Omnicom, the world’s largest marketing, advertising and public relations firm.  He was responsible for enhancing the reputation and maximizing the valuation for a range of the firm’s Fortune 100 clients. Mr. Skule also handled crisis communications for Cantor Fitzgerald and eSpeed Inc., pre- and post-September 11th. Mr. Skule received an MBA from George Washington University and a B.A. from Dickinson College.
