- More and more, FinTech is coming to represent technologies that are disrupting traditional financial services. The 2017 annual FinTech report found that 82% of financial institutions expect to increase FinTech partnerships in the next three to five years. There is no doubt that technologies that deliver accessibility, mobility and novelty to clientele will shape the way the financial services industry operates and communicates in the years to come.

Alex has always had a passion for technology and entrepreneurship. At Georgetown, Alex was on the executive team of the world’s largest student-run business. After graduating, she helped build out the university’s innovation program, finding ways for technology to solve campus wide issues. She then worked at Ralph Lauren in the company’s corporate Marketing department before joining SeedInvest. Outside of work, Alex is actively involved in the community. She co-founded Hark Society, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing education and cultivating passion in the lives of underserved children in New York City. Alex continues to be involved in various philanthropic organizations in NYC.
Dan is a writer and senior financial communications specialist with over 15 years’ experience in PR, Marketing & Advertising. Dan has led campaigns for some of the biggest brands in finance and FinTech, including Bloomberg LP, J.P.Morgan, and Citigroup. Dan is a regular columnist for Forbes, Markets Media and CoinTelegraph and he co-chairs the Museum of American Finance Communications Advisory Board.
Tom has been practicing investor relations for his entire professional career, beginning in-house with several major telecommunications companies, and transitioning to the agency world seven years ago. Tom joined Prosek Partners in early 2005 to help cultivate the firm’s investor relations capabilities, and grew the practice’s revenues by 100% in the first year. He serves as the day-to-day contact for several clients’ financial communications and investor relations programs, with core competencies in technology and the transportation industry. In addition, he provides senior investor relations counsel on a number of the firm’s other investor relations clients. He has worked extensively on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and investor communications, and divestitures and retail shareowner programming within the corporate and agency settings. Tom believes that trust is the foundation upon which mutual success is built. Prosek’s investor relations clients trust the team to go the extra mile, to know their businesses as well as they do, and to provide them with honest and candid counsel to help them differentiate their companies from the competition. Tom is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, has served on the Corporate Advisory Council of the National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC) and is a current member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
