Bank of America: Sustainable Finance Program Coordinator
Job Description:
- Project management for large/complex projects across sustainable finance
- Acts as point of integration, for Sustainable Finance and ESG CXO
- Gathers and understands key learnings/metrics to optimize programs and suggest strategies for future programs
- Develops and deploys key content programs across countries, segments, channels and lines of business to maximize impact
- Orchestrates and executes plan for content across channels (authenticated and unauthenticated, direct-to-client and through relationship managers)
- Gains the enrollment of marketing partners on content programs that have broad appeal across global businesses and institutions
- Supports client engagement through key partnerships and sponsorships
- Uses data and works with line of business and agency partners to assess content performance to optimize
- Manages logistics (MAP, compliance, production) for CLOB sharing of thought leadership, including private wealth and other segments.
Required Skills:
- B2B marketing and/or digital engagement knowledge and experience - planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating campaigns and programs. Includes messaging, press strategy, advertising, social opportunities, digital engagement, event & sponsorship strategy, thought leadership and employee awareness.
- Understanding of ESG - including knowledge of products, financials, regulatory impacts, revenue drivers, competition, and differentiators in the market.
- Understanding of DD&M and LOB strategy to ensure digital and marketing strategy supports business and enterprise strategy.
- Understand available insights on client segment and underlying client and prospect demographics, personals, buying behavior, communication routines, decision drivers and triggers, pressures, opportunities, growth potential.
- Able to communicate marketing strategies and plans consistently and appropriately to various levels of organization.
- Able to influence others to be engaged in planning and supporting programs.
