DWS: Digital Content Strategy & Execution Manager / Associate Vice President

As the Digital Content Strategy & Execution Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to develop, own and manage the overall vision for digital content. You will team with internal and external stakeholders to develop the digital content strategy, make the case for digital enhancements, oversee the execution of the strategy and high priority initiatives, create a 1-3+ year digital content roadmap, and identify opportunities for digital content innovation or improvement. You will be a part of the Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, and will be an integral part in advancing DWS’s long-term strategic digital agenda. Your Role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creation and development of a digital content strategy and roadmap to drive organizational alignment and buy-in from business stakeholders
  • Identify actionable client and market insights to inform product and marketing strategies to advocate for clients’ digital content demands
  • Collaborate with the content writers and Product Marketers to ideate, optimize and monitor content, campaigns and promotions through site presentation and SEO
  • Deliver creative content innovation across the client journey to advance marketing strategies and share out best practices for digital content internally and externally
  • Measure and enhance the execution of digital content across all channels by target segment to inform data-driven decision making
  • Serve as a strategic content advisor to the web, product, UX / UI, channel, marketing and technology teams

Who You’ll Work With

  • Head of Digital Marketing – You’ll be the go-to person for content strategy, execution and best practices
  • Web & Social Media team – You’ll work with the web UX/UI, web production and social media managers to ensure content consistency and execution across all channels
  • Product Marketing – While Product Marketing is responsible for creating and gaining approval for the content, you’ll work with them to make sure it’s easily searchable, widely syndicated and optimally positioned

Skills You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance or Business
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience in financial services or consulting
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills with a passion for rethinking the status quo
  • Ability to think strategically about the “big picture” and then execute flawlessly down to the last detail on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite, SEO platforms, Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Curiosity to surface insights from raw data and take initiative to execute on those insights, positioning the DWS brand to own focus topics in the market
  • Familiarity with CMS
