Glenmede: Campaign Manager

This Campaign Manager will take a holistic, strategic view in driving marketing campaign user journey strategy across all channels. This role will create a UX that is consistent, branded, and follows best practices. This will involve ongoing design of Pardot emails and landing pages as well as weighing in to how the design aligns with ad creative, collateral creative or .com page integration. This role partners with the business line marketing managers, martech, social media, PR, events, content, and analytics under the guidance of the Brand Director. The Campaign Manager will speak with credibility when making recommendations, as this role manages all the parts of a campaign, with responsibility to pull all pieces together into a consistently branded user journey that delivers on objectives.

This role reports to the Director of Brand Strategy & Marketing Solutions who oversees the team with a Center of Excellence structure serving all the businesses across the Glenmede enterprise


Campaign management. Own the user journey through a campaign regarding every touchpoint; partner with internal colleagues to ensure alignment, objectives, metrics. Intake campaigns from business line marketing managers and other sources, identifying objectives, target audiences and KPIs. Be the “voice of the client” to represent the journey created, recommending alternate approaches with credibility and executive presence. Coordinate with PR. website, and Social Media teams to create synchronized execution of messaging through all external channels for each campaign. Own the process flow of project management with a keen eye toward efficiency. Identify roles and responsibilities for lights-on and one-off campaign projects, and communication with credibility to internal partners creating an understanding of each person’s or team’s role in the process, and timing.

Pardot. Design, develop, and implement the emails and landing pages to support strategic marketing and advertising campaigns, standing distributions, and one-off communications. Bring to the role elevated skill sets with Pardot to enable efficient project management and voice in upgrades and maintenance. Bring forward recommendations on new digital solutions/tools specific to campaign management. Implement email and landing page best practices for including, mobile optimization, A/B testing and conversion optimization.

Firm-building. Active engagement in department-specific and firm-wide initiatives in order to expand capabilities, create solutions to unmet business needs, improve user experience, or develop more efficient processes. Ability and willingness to contribute to the advancement of team, office and business capabilities. Other duties as required by the position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or commensurate experience required
  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in campaign management, email marketing, web marketing or digital content development
  • A minimum of 3 years ultra-high net worth marketing experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established Pardot experience including ability to oversee design templates, layout and design, editing, quality control, managing upgrades/enhancements
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript Experience with Salesforce campaigns and reports
  • Certifications/designations/certificates/badges in UX/CX
  • Familiarity with the CAN-SPAM Act
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations or the ability to quickly learn based on similar experience
