Product Marketing Associate

Visible Alpha is hiring a Product Marketing Associate to lead go-to-market strategies, product positioning and product messaging. The successful candidate will work closely with product management, product design, research, sales and marketing teams to strategically market and influence the direction of Visible Alpha’s products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features
  • Gather and leverage client insights, competitive intelligence and market research to strategically position and differentiate Visible Alpha’s products
  • Build a roadmap of ongoing, cross-channel, strategic marketing initiatives at a product line level
  • Develop creative, data-driven marketing campaigns designed to drive product adoption and usage
  • Develop value-based messaging and positioning for new features or benefits, ensuring that messaging is consistent across channels and client-facing teams
  • Determine and measure product KPIs that align with Visible Alpha’s business objectives
  • Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge and mastery of buyer and user personas
  • Craft a consistent and compelling narrative across channels, maintaining strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plans
  • General marketing support, which may include email marketing, creating landing pages, creating and managing drip campaigns, and more

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product/brand strategy
  • Experience and knowledge in finance or financial technology strongly preferred, especially in the institutional investment research space
  • Experience creating or contributing to marketing campaigns with clearly defined value propositions and product messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply market, competitive and client research to inform GTM and product strategy
  • Experience in serving as a persistent advocate for the end user and client experience
  • Works effectively within a team, yet has the ability to take initiative and work effectively on his/her own
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, juggle competing priorities, stakeholders and tasks
