The Financial Communications Society is headed on a national basis by a Chief Executive Officer and Executive Committee and governed by an elected Board of Directors in New York City. Regional chapters are managed by a Board-appointed President, who in turn appoints a Vice President and Treasurer, and recruits and oversees a Steering Committee.
The CEO oversees a Regional Board comprising the Presidents and Vice Presidents of each regional chapter.
