John Hancock's CMO Hones In on Customer Experience

On September 17th, Barbara Goose, Chief Marketing Officer, John Hancock, joined FCS New York for its monthly CMO Luncheon Series.  It was Barbara's first FCS event, and she truly engaged the audienced with her presentation on "Customer Experience and Its Role in Bold, Relevant Marketing."
