New Membership Benefits and Pricing Begins Sept. 1, 2021
Effective September 1, 2021 (the start of our fiscal year), we are instituting a new membership pricing structure that will increase the benefits to our dues-paying members, provide discounts to companies with at least 3 members, continue to provide a deep discount to our Young Members Circle (age 35 and under), and continue to provide special pricing/benefits to members in transition (“MITs”).
New and renewed annual memberships will now be priced at $250 (reduced from $450 last year). For members age 35 and under, an annual Young Members Circle membership is $150. Individual memberships can be purchased on our website: https://thefcs.org/join-the-fcs-benefits/
Corporate Membership/Group Discounts
Group discounts begin with 3 employees sliding from $225 each for 3-10 employees, down to $100 each for more than 30 employees. YMC discounts would further lower the group’s total membership dues.
Member pricing for Corporate Membership:
3-10 employees $225 each / YMC: $125 each
11-20 employees $200 each / YMC: $100 each
21-30 employees $150 each / YMC: $75 each
>30 employees $100 each / YMC: $50 each
Corporate membership for each employee will expire 12 months from date of payment by the company, regardless of when the employee activates their membership. Companies can replace/transfer membership during the course of the year when an employee leaves the firm. No full or partial refunds.

FCS MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Your new/renewed membership will give you exclusive access to our 2nd season of FCS MOVES, our Member Only Virtual Event Series, a full-year of 30-minute online conversations with CMO-level executives at the nation’s leading financial brands. We are guaranteeing at least 12 interactive events in this series over the course of our fiscal year, and only members will be able to view them live and access the video recordings. [Members can also access recordings from the 1st season of MOVES on a rolling 12-month basis.]
We are currently scheduling the return of in-person events in New York City, with the hope of starting as early as September 15. We are targeting Q1 of 2022 for the return of in-person events for our regional chapters, including Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Philadelphia, and San Francisco. [Plans for additional cities are in the works as well.] Members will be able to buy discounted tickets to all in-person events across the country.
This year members will have access to video recordings of presentations from select in-person events, which will be posted on Vimeo. Our goal is to provide access to our exclusive content to members who work outside of the market of a given in-person event.
All members will be invited to participate in our exclusive Mentoring program, launching its 3rd year in September. You’ll have the opportunity to enroll as a mentor or mentee, selecting your partner based on career or topic interests.
COMMITTEES AND LEADERSHIP
Membership in the FCS allows you to participate on committees (virtual and in-person) in all chapters across the country. Committee participation is a required path for appointment to leadership positions, whether in a regional chapter or on our national Board of Directors.

As a member of the FCS, you help drive our philanthropic mission of supporting children’s charities. We expect to return to Stowe, Vermont for our FCS Race for Kids (RFK) marketing summit and charity fundraiser in January 2022. RFK has been our primary fundraising event, since 2000, raising more the $2.7 million. FCS MOVES raised $32,000 since last September. We will continue to donate $1,000 to children’s charities selected by our MOVES and CMO Spotlight Series guest speakers. Your membership is critical to the success of this mission.
YOUNG MEMBERS CIRCLE
For members age 35 and under, FCS YMC organizes exclusive events on topics of particular interest to the new generation of financial marketers. When health protocols allow it, YMC will also return to creating service opportunities in our communities. [For example, in past years, they held service nights at the Ronald McDonald House in NYC.] In addition to a deep discount on membership dues, there is a YMC discount at all in-person events.
MEMBERS IN TRANSITION (MITs)
As part of our Community focus, the FCS is committed to helping our members (employees and employers) find the best possible career connections through our organization. In addition to our free Jobs Bank on our website, we invite those who are between jobs and actively looking to enroll or renew their membership for only $100 a year. Full membership benefits apply, plus attendance at up to 6 select events per year is free. We also encourage MITs to participate in our Mentoring program.
