Following the FCS' successful event in Boston (10/5) where an expert panel tackled the topic of "Marketing Financial Services to Millennials," we're bringing the discussion to Charlotte. This will be our third luncheon event at the elegant Charlotte City Club, which offers spectacular views of the city and North Carolina landscape.
But inside the room, we'll feast on the views of our expert speakers, as we discuss "Winning the Millennial Financial Consumer through Content, Compassion and Culture." We'll open the event with a presentation by Ted Williams, Founder & CEO, Charlotte Agenda.  Then we'll turn it over to our panel Our confirmed panelists include:

SPEAKER BIOS Libby Dubick President Dubick & Associates Libby Dubick founded Dubick & Associates in 1977.  The consulting firm helps financial services companies engage investors and financial advisors in meaningful conversations through research, thought leadership and value add programs.  Projects have included attitudinal research among high net worth investors for The Options Industry Council, a national benchmarking study on advisors’ use of closed-end funds for Nuveen, a series of whitepapers for Prudential, and a value-add program on referrals for Calvert Funds. Prior to Dubick & Associates, Libby was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and Co. and at Citibank. She began her career at Dean Witter. She earned an MS from the Columbia University School of Journalism and a BA from American University. She writes frequently for Investment News, speaks at industry conferences and is an adjunct professor at New York University where she has taught financial services marketing. Kevin Howard Senior Director, Digital Marketing Ally Financial Kevin Howard is the Senior Director of Digital Marketing for Ally Financial and is tasked with leading the overall digital marketing strategy leveraging the “One Ally” philosophy.  Kevin joined Ally in 2011 with the mission to lead the firm to the cutting edge of digital sophistication through a combination of data, targeting, and personalization across a variety of channels and an ever changing consumer. Ashley Marchman, PMP Marketing and Project Manager NewDominion Bank Don’t let Ashley’s age fool you. During her decade in banking she has seen it all performing every measure of functions. Through passion for the industry and a desire to grow personally and professionally, she has evolved from a front-line sales and service expert to an analytics and project guru and finally a marketing specialist strategizing the growth of a local, up and coming community bank. With aspirations to double in size in five years, NewDominion Bank has determined a marketing strategy, largely authored by Ashley, which will focus on the Charlotte Transplant, the Mass Affluent, the Small Business Owner and finally, the Established Millennial market segments. Being a Millennial herself, she is especially well-versed in the values and expectations this generation puts on itself as well as the businesses in which they align. Ashley is educated in Florida and North Carolina and has experience with Fortune 100 credit unions, large commercial banks and small community ones. Kayla Palm Vice President, Marketing – Millennial Segment Lead Wells Fargo Kayla Palm is a Vice President and leads Millennial Segment Marketing for Wells Fargo.  In this role, she oversees development and execution of enterprise business and marketing strategies focused on the Millennial growth segment. Working with key business leaders across the company, she defines the company’s product and segment-based value propositions to increase Wells Fargo’s brand awareness, consideration, engagement, acquisition and cross-sell of Millennial consumers. A senior marketing strategist, Kayla has over 20 years of experience leading integrated marketing in the banking sector, both in B2B and consumer marketing for brands such as Wells Fargo (currently), Bank of America and Eastman Kodak Company.  A good portion of her career has been focused on the development and execution of new value propositions and marketing strategies to drive growth among Student, Millennial (Gen Y), Gen X and Small Business segments receiving industry awards along the way. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  She currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina and outside of work, you will find her anywhere outdoors with her family or in her local yoga studio.
