Amina Elderfield is Morgan Stanley’s Head of Internal Communications, working in partnership with business unit leaders and key stakeholders to develop strategies, tools and content to improve the employee experience. She directs a team of writers, data analysts and developers to deliver innovative, compelling communications programs and campaigns. While she has spent most of her career at Morgan Stanley in Technology, Wealth Management and Investment Banking, she recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Global Technology Strategy, Innovation and Partnerships at JPMorgan Chase. There, she was responsible for expanding the organization and producing thought pieces on technology strategy, internal innovation and external market trends. Starting her career in management consulting, Amina has held several leadership roles focused on talent, strategy, program management and communications. She holds an undergraduate degree in management technology and Spanish from Georgetown University, as well as a master’s in gastronomy from the University of Adelaide in Australia.
