FCS Brand Reputation AWARD

Tara Giuliano, Chief Marketing Officer for Nuveen, has been named the winner of the FCS Brand Reputation Award for 2025. Now in its second year, this award recognizes a financial company whose marketing executive has excelled in building a cohesive brand strategy, strengthening trust and loyalty, engaging stakeholders, and advancing corporate citizenship.

The judging panel selected Tara for her leadership in driving the evolution of Nuveen’s global reputation through the firm’s 2025 brand transformation, “Invest Like the Future Is Watching.” Rooted in Nuveen’s legacy, values, and long-term investment philosophy, the platform introduced a refreshed brand identity — including the signature “Nuveen Window” — and rolled out across core and strategic markets in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Japan, Australia, and additional regions. The campaign has already delivered significant brand and engagement gains, reflecting Tara’s strategic direction and the strength of Nuveen’s repositioning.

AWARD CEREMONY

Tara will be presented with the trophy during a dedicated Fireside Forum interview during the 26th Annual FCS Race for Kids Summit in Stowe, Vermont, on Monday, January 12.

CHARITABLE DONATION

In Tara’s honor, the FCS is pleased to make a $2,500 donation to the charity of her choice: Chicago Children’s Museum, whose mission is to improve children’s lives by creating a community where play and learning connect.
