SPEAKER BIO Toni Clayton-Hine Chief Marketing Officer (effective 1/1/17) Xerox Toni Clayton-Hine is currently the Vice President of Global Marketing and Value Proposition for Channel Partner Operations (CPO) at Xerox Corporation. She is responsible for the go to market strategy, offering development, value proposition and marketing communications for the group. Before joining Xerox, Toni was the Vice President of Global Partner Marketing for CA Technologies, responsible for marketing indirect channel programs, driving consistency across the partner experience, communications and demand generation for all indirect routes to market, including MSPs, Solution Providers, Service Providers and Integrators that service midmarket and enterprise customers. The primary goal of CA’s channel marketing office was to align to the needs of the partner ecosystem and deliver all the elements of a comprehensive go to market strategy that accelerate partner profitability. Prior to this role, Toni was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for the Data Management and Recovery business unit at CA Technologies, where she led a team that covered all aspects marketing strategy and execution to drive sales growth, profitability, and visibility for the CA ARCserve Family of Products and CA ERwin Data Modeling products. With nearly 20 years in the technology industry, she has deep expertise on channel sales and marketing, recruitment programs, partner communications and competitive analysis. Prior to joining CA Technologies, Toni was co-founder and vice president/managing director for The Institute for Partner Education & Development (IPED), the professional services division of the Everything Channel, where she was responsible for the creation, management and execution of channel consulting and education services working with company of all sizes to help shape their channel strategy and drive partner enablement. Earlier, Toni served in a number of management positions at CRN (formerly Computer Reseller News), including the post of associate publisher. She also held numerous sales and management responsibilities and was part of the design team that re-launched Computer Reseller News as CRN. Preceding CRN, she was in sales and research at International Data Corp. Toni holds a bachelor of science degree in Marketing/Communications and Entrepreneurial studies from Babson College.
