Matthew Quale, CMO, Brighthouse Financial at FCS CMO Luncheon Series

Matthew Quale is the chief marketing officer at Brighthouse Financial, an operating segment of MetLife, Inc. Brighthouse Financial was established by MetLife in 2016 and is a leading provider of annuity and life insurance solutions in the U.S. In this role. Matt is responsible for the company’s marketing and branding strategy, partnering closely with the sales organization to drive business development opportunities and grow Brighthouse Financial’s market share. Prior to his current role, Matt was vice president of retail marketing at MetLife where he was responsible for the company’s marketing of individual annuity, life and disability businesses. He was appointed to this position in October 2013. Before joining MetLife, Matt served as the vice president of strategy and enablement at American Express. Earlier, Matt was director of strategy at WebMD, an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company and held marketing roles at ConAgra Foods, The Coca-Cola Company and General Mills. Matt graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in history, and from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management with a master’s degree in business administration.
