Michelle Malcolm, Vice President, Institutional Marketing, E*TRADE, at FCS Chicago Executive Spotlight Luncheon

FCS Chicago is excited to host an Executive Spotlight luncheon with Michelle Malcolm, VP of Institutional Marketing at E*TRADE, on Thursday, March 12 at the Union League Club of Chicago.

Michelle will sit for a fireside chat with Tara Giuliano, Head of Client and Product Marketing for Nuveen (who was a panelist at our Brand Purpose event last October), to discuss her experiences with building a marketing discipline for E*TRADE’s institutional business, a team organized to focus on key growth areas for the company – Corporate and Advisor Services with Executive Services supporting, growing, and enhancing client relationships.

Having executed the first-ever online trade by an individual investor more than 30 years ago, E*TRADE has long been at the forefront of the digital revolution. Michelle’s mandate is to translate this storied legacy to resonate with institutional clients, creating a new narrative to drive sales growth, market share, and client retention.

We expect an engaging discussion, as Michelle and Tara are industry colleagues and actually struck up their friendship through FCS Chicago.

Sponsorships are available. Contact FCS CEO Kevin Windorf.
