Jennifer Grazel currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer leading U.S. Brand, Business Marketing and Philanthropy at RBC Capital Markets.  She sits on RBC’s US Foundation Board along with US Regional Operating Committee.

She joined RBCCM from LinkedIn where she was Global Director of Vertical Marketing for LMS business where she oversaw global strategy and full-stack marketing activities for a $200 million portfolio covering eight industries and 100 person sales team. Prior to LinkedIn, Jennifer served as Vice President of Digital Strategy and Marketing at Prudential where she launched and directed a corporate digital marketing practice that developed enterprise-wide mobile, social and interactive marketing programs supporting lead generation, brand marketing and product promotion initiatives for Prudential’s Insurance, Retirement, and Institutional Investment businesses. A digital marketing FinServ veteran, she has dedicated the past 15 years to pioneering digital marketing landscape by building and leading interactive marketing teams at Prudential, GE Money, and Citigroup.

She has an MBA from NYU Stern and BA from Brown University, where she currently mentors college students through the Women’s Launch Pad program and is a board member of New York City Center.  Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Jennifer draws on her rich cultural heritage to be a strong advocate and sponsor of Diversity and Inclusion.
