Jacob Holtgrewe

Jake Holtgrewe is the Global Head of Paid and Social Media at TIAA, a Fortune 100 provider committing to delivering Lifetime Income in retirement for all working adults. He oversees a team responsible for driving awareness, consideration, and preference for the TIAA and Nuveen brands by connecting with target audiences using best modern media and consumer brand practices across all paid, earned and owned channels. A focus of the team is utilizing paid and social media to show up in the market and media in different and more impactful ways to engage with and deepen relationships with key clients and decision makers. He is well versed in leveraging technology and delivering integrated experiences across all channels to create efficiencies, expand reach and awareness, enhance marketing ROI and generate demand.

Prior to joining TIAA, Jake was responsible for developing the digital strategy at Nuveen and several other Chicago area financial services companies. Accomplishments include leading a multi-year, award winning digital transformation, the creation of new paid and social media platforms, the delivery of advanced online tools for clients and launching Effie award winning campaigns.
