Jess Schnurr is Managing Director and Global Head of Brand Marketing for Morgan Stanley based in New York. She is responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives related to brand, media, advertising, sponsorship & events firmwide. She leads the strategic planning and creative development of all paid advertising campaigns. In addition to advertising and media, Jess runs events and sponsorships for the Firm globally and has led the brand activation for Morgan Stanley’s marquee sponsorships of The Players Championship as well as for brand ambassadors, professional golfers Justin Rose and Cheyenne Woods and most recently for professional tennis player Leylah Fernandez. She also provides brand and marketing strategic support to various businesses across the organization including Wealth Management, Investment Management, Human Resources, Equity Research, Technology and Global Sustainable Finance.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2014, Jess worked in Account Management within two of the world’s largest global advertising networks Omnicom and Publicis, supporting brands across technology, pharmaceutical and consumer goods verticals.
Jess graduated from Susquehanna University with a major in Finance and minor in Spanish. Jess has brought to Morgan Stanley a wealth of information around brand & marketing strategy, sponsorship and advertising and is passionate about mentoring and coaching.
She lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters.
