Alexander Ngo is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Chubb Insurance in North America. Chubb is one of the world’s largest publicly traded property & casualty insurance company, serving consumers & companies of all sizes.
At Chubb, Alex is responsible for the firm’s marketing and communication for the North American region. Which includes the company’s go to market strategy, press/media/social strategy, digital marketing, content strategy, marketing analytics, events, sponsorship (PGA Chubb Classic, US Open), paid media as well as executive, external and internal communications.
Previously, Alex served as the Vice President and Head of Marketing Operations at CVS Health, driving the digital transformation of the function. Earlier in his career, Alex was the Global Head of Digital Marketing at BNY Mellon and a Creative Director at Capgemini’s Invent.
With over 20 years of experience working with global brands, marketing, and digital transformations, Alex is a passionate about bringing in data, technology and developing strong inclusive team cultures that increase employee productivity and engagement. He is an Advisory Board member for the Asian American Insurance Network, working to strengthen the growth and development of Asian-Pacific Islander professionals in the insurance industry. Alex has a bachelor of arts degree in fine arts from Dickinson College.
