The FCS is proud to announce the launch of the seventh season of our successful Members-Only Mentoring Program for 2026.

Our program matches mentees and mentors based on their career goals, experience, and interests. Applications for both roles are open now and will close on December 31 (no exceptions). Mentoring will begin in January, kicking off with a virtual get-together for all participants.

The FCS Mentoring program provides a unique opportunity to be mentored by a more senior executive in financial marketing, communications, or media. The focus is on honing industry knowledge, as well as skills in project management, negotiating, collaboration, and more. The time commitment for the program is approximately one hour per month, starting in January and ending in December. 

The size of the program will be based on the number of qualified applicants and pairing compatibility, taking into account each one’s career aspirations and development goals.

If you were a mentee in the 2025 program, we welcome you to continue as a mentee or to leverage your learnings from the past year and become a mentor to a new applicant.

Current mentors, we’d love to welcome you back to the 2026 program as a mentor.

The mentoring program is open to current FCS Members only. Membership must remain active through December 2026. To enroll or renew your Membership, click here. Mentoring pairings are determined by skill/interest compatibility. Application is not a guarantee of placement.

The FCS Mentoring Committee will be communicating with matched mentors and mentees beginning January 19, and all participants will be invited to a virtual kick-off event on January 26.
