Since 2010, the FCS has been bringing Boston’s financial marketing and communications community together for timely conversations, fresh ideas and valuable connections.
This fall, we’re taking those connections to the golf course.
Join us on Thursday, October 8, for the inaugural FCS Boston Golf Outing, a day of golf, friendly competition and networking at Hopkinton Country Club. This marks the first sporting event hosted by an FCS chapter outside New York — and what we hope will become a new Boston tradition.
Located less than an hour from downtown Boston, Hopkinton Country Club offers a private 18-hole course designed by British architect Ian Scott-Taylor — an ideal setting for an autumn day on the links.
The Day
The first foursome will tee off at 10:00am, with groups following throughout the morning. Golfers will pick up a box lunch at the turn, then after the final putts drop, we’ll gather in the clubhouse for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, networking and the presentation of prizes.
In addition to recognizing our winning foursome, we’ll put individual bragging rights on the line with:

- Closest to the Pin

Playing For A Good Cause
As with every FCS event, the day will also have a charitable purpose. The FCS will make a $1,000 donation to a local children’s charity in recognition of the event.
