Zarna Sanghvi is a Digital and Innovation professional from London living in New York City. Together with her team at Schroders she is responsible for creating digital experiences for the websites, intranet, mobile applications and emerging new technologies. Her work includes managing teams across multiple technology platforms and business channels. She graduated from City University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. This gave her the skills in tackling cross-disciplinary challenges as well as developing capabilities in logic and problem-solving. Her natural interest in innovative technologies, process automation and platforms has led her to become a thought leader within the organisation. She  recently made the 2016 Women in Fintech, Innovate Finance Powerlist. She is extremely passionate about building effective and collaborative technology teams and strongly believes in taking the human-centered design approach, which she believes fuels the creation behind the products we want to create, products that resonate with an audience.
