FCS isn’t optional for me – it’s part of my job as a salesperson for Morningstar. The content and networking are incredibly valuable, and the philanthropic mission is icing on the cake.

The FCS is a powerful network and driving force for thought leadership within the financial marketing community. The philanthropic efforts are truly commendable and provide members the opportunity to give back in a variety of ways from volunteer work, charity events, mentorship or through their DE&I programming.

The value the FCS provides to the financial services industry is unparalleled. Its voice helps to educate and guide the industry forward, its gatherings provide peer community and lasting friendships and its philanthropic initiatives help to generate awareness and goodwill.

The Mentoring Program is one of the most rewarding aspects of my membership. As a mentor, I have helped mentees define and achieve their career goals, and I have learned a ton from my mentees as well. As Co-Chair, I enjoy the quarterly gatherings of all mentees and mentors because it’s always a lively and honest conversation. Everyone is eager to share their challenges and successes, and I leave the meeting charged to tackle something new.

I’m proud and privileged to have been associated with the FCS for many years. What really hooked me is attending Race for Kids at Stowe. Hearing from the children and their families who have benefitted from our support is always touching and inspirational. Being part of the FCS community and contributing to our charities has been a career highlight.
