AI in Financial Services Marketing

Lynn Hobson joined WSFS Bank in December 2024 as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she leads growth and performance marketing initiatives, brand strategy, internal and external communications, digital marketing and data analytics, and the client experience across all lines of business.

Lynn brings a successful track record in financial services marketing. Throughout her career, Lynn has developed innovative go-to-market growth strategies, enhanced client experiences, supported enterprise-wide initiatives, and elevated marketing impact across complex financial institutions. Prior to joining the WSFS Bank, Lynn served as Director and Head of Marketing at BNY Mellon’s Pershing, where she led strategic go-to-market efforts across technology, wealth solutions, and distribution channels. She also held the role of Vice President and Group Manager for Solutions and Technology Marketing, specializing in financial solutions such as wealth, alternative and managed investments and technology marketing.

Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University. Based in the Philadelphia area, she is passionate about mentorship as well as advancing financial services marketing through strategic brand development, digital transformation, client experience optimization, and data-driven insights.

Kim Cosgrove is a Senior Vice President of Communications at CenterSquare, responsible for communications strategy and execution, content strategy and development, and the implementation of consistent messaging across marketing channels. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Kim was Director of RFPs in SEI’s Institutional business, where she oversaw the RFP team and execution of sales strategy in RFPs. Prior to that, Kim served in various roles across SEI’s businesses, including Client Service Analyst in the Institutional and Private Client team in the Investment Managers Services unit, Marketing Manager in Asset Management Distribution, and RFP Manager in SEI’s Institutional business. She also previously worked as a Partner Marketing Manager for Orion Advisor Solutions, managing marketing campaigns executed in concert with integration partners. Kim earned a B.A. in English and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University. She has attained the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute and has completed the CFA Investment Foundations Certificate.

Patty McAuley is the Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing for Clark Capital Management Group. In this role, she is responsible for aligning the firm’s marketing and communications objectives to business goals, all in support of helping financial advisors deliver successful investment outcomes to their clients. Her work has been recognized by the Money Management Institute & Barron’s, the Financial Communications Society, and the Gramercy Institute.

Prior to assuming the position of Head of Marketing, Patty worked in sales and marketing across the financial, pharmaceutical, and luxury goods industries. Patty joined Clark Capital in 2008. She graduated from New York University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media Communications and received her MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. She holds the Certified Financial Planner designation and FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
