“Change Management: Best Practices for Communicating Significant Changes”

On October 9th, FCS Milwaukee will stage its second breakfast of 2018.  The topic will be "Change Management: Best Practices for Communicating Significant Changes to Internal and External Stakeholders."

Whether a merger or acquisition, leadership change, or reorganization, how financial services firms communicate major changes to internal and external stakeholders can have major implications—good or bad. Communications around these major transitions can have regulatory implications and impact brand reputation, share price, investor confidence, client retention and employee retention, among other factors.

Join the newest FCS chapter for a conversation on change management communications best practices with senior leaders from Baird, Northwestern Mutual and Actuant. Panelists will share their experience around a major change management event, including their communications strategy, outcomes, challenges and what they learned or may have done differently. Attendees will gain insights and practical advice they can take back to their own organizations.

This event is open to members and non-members of the FCS.
