On September 28th, FCS Chicago teamed up with Dotdash Meredith to present an in-depth discussion on digital innovation in financial services. Frank Dudley of Financial Marketing Institute and Northwestern University presented 2023 research on how successful firms are transitioning to a more dynamic digital marketing organization. Frank also drilled down on Digital Experience Models and Best Practices in CX Capabilities.
To flesh out the findings in the FMI research, Frank moderated a panel that included Jacob Holtgrewe, Global Head of Paid and Social Media, TIAA, Frank Tirado, Head of ETF Marketing, Calamos Investments, and Sumeet Grover, Chief Digital & Marketing Officer, Alliant Credit Union.
In addition to a robust discussion about campaign strategies, media budgets and marketing challenges, the panel also fielded questions from our very engaged audience that ranged from AI to social media influencers.
