SPEAKER BIOS Lisa Fulks is Director of Integrated Media at Prudential Advertising, Prudential's in-house ad agency. Lisa joined Prudential in 2011, and leads its Consumer advertising efforts for the corporate brand and U.S. businesses. In her five years Prudential, Lisa has helped launch the company's first mobile, social influencer and content marketing programs, with partners like The Atlantic, Slate and Pandora. Prior to Prudential, Lisa stewarded digital media campaigns at Razorfish, for clients such as Capital One, J.P. Morgan Chase, Victoria's Secret and Ralph Lauren. Jason Hill is Global Head of Media for BlackRock, where he is responsible for all aspects of media strategy, buying, and optimization across the U.S. and key global markets. Jason joined BlackRock in June 2015. Previously, he spent four years at GE as global director of media and content strategy where he oversaw advertising, media, and market-first content deals in 20 of GE’s growth markets including Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kenya, and the UAE. Jason also helmed GE’s industry leading approach to global media partnerships, working with The Economist Group, Quartz, Conde Nast, and CNBC International. The brand’s flagship program, “GE Look ahead,” created with The Economist, was the recipient of numerous industry awards. Jason began his career in the advertising industry, rising to Vice President at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he managed the agency’s business development efforts. He later served as Director of Business Development at BBH. Jason also spent time in management consulting as a member of Booz & Co.’s consumer, media, and digital practice. He holds a BA from Northwestern and an MBA from Yale. Brian Hovis is the Global Head of Digital Marketing within Citi’s Global Consumer Marketing Team. In this role, he is responsible for leading digital marketing channels and functions (paid media, onsite, global partnerships, ad-tech, analytics) across products (cards, retail bank, lending) in partnership with global regional business and marketing teams (North America, APAC, EMEA, LATAM). Citi is the leading global consumer bank and services primarily span across bank, cards and lending. Brian is a proven marketing leader driving scaled, integrated national campaigns with a track record for consistently driving improved revenue growth, ROI and innovation. He previously was Vice President, Marketing for Experian’s Consumer Business and managed digital marketing for Intuit and Sony Electronics, with active media industry leadership including speaking at Ad Tech and iMedia conferences and participating on multiple leading publisher and industry advisory boards. He holds an MBA from the Olin Business School at University of San Diego and a Marketing degree from the Leeds Business School at University of Colorado. Karina Montgomery is Pandora’s Vice President of Strategic Solutions, leading a nationwide team of people who develop insights-driven, persuasive marketing solutions for a wide array of ad partners across multiple ad categories. Based in New York, Karina’s team partners with cross-functional groups at Pandora to create compelling, integrated programs that both align with marketer objectives, and delight connected consumers. Prior to joining Pandora in 2012, Karina served as Director of Ad Strategy at Yahoo and Vice President of Category Strategy at True[X]. Karina is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara. Her favorite Pandora stations are Spoon, Lake Street Dive and Jason Isbell. Larry Rosin is President of Edison Research, which he co-founded in 1994. Since then he has been a primary force in building the company into one of the world’s most respected survey research companies, with a particular specialization in media and election polling. Edison is best known as the company that performs Exit Polls for all U.S. Elections for the National Election Pool (a consortium of ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox, NBC and the Associated Press). In addition, Edison is well known for its groundbreaking media research series “The Infinite Dial” which tracks developments in digital media, and “Share of Ear” which measures all audio usage in the U.S., among many other things. Larry is a graduate of Princeton University where he majored in Public and International Affairs, and he received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
