For 2016, the FCS 60 Breakfast series launches at The New York Yacht Club with a panel discussion on how financial services marketers look to Sports for sponsorship, advertising, and content to drive customer engagement. The discussion will kick-off with a brief presentation by Chris Russo of Houlihan Lokey’s Technology • Media • Telecom Group, focusing on sports transactions. He is a recognized industry leader and innovator in digital sports media and technology. Previously, Chris served as the Founder and CEO of Big Lead Sports, the largest independent online sports property in the U.S. (which he ultimately sold to USA TODAY). Prior to Big Lead Sports, Chris served as Senior Vice President, New Media and Publishing, for the National Football League. Chris will then join our panel, which includes:

SPEAKER BIOS Jon Last, Sports and Leisure Research Group Jon Last is founder and President of Sports and Leisure Research Group, a full service marketing research consultancy that supports leading brands in sports, travel and media. Jon’s 25+ years of professional experience includes seven years as VP Corporate Marketing for Golf Digest Companies, and eight years at the PGA of America, where he oversaw marketing research, consumer marketing and retailing. A frequent speaker and featured columnist for Media Post’s Marketing: Sports, Jon holds an M.B.A. from Wharton and a B.A. from Tufts. He is a former national president of the U.S. Marketing Research Association (MRA) and is presently President elect of Marketing Research Institute International (MRII).
Christopher Russo, Houlihan Lokey Mr. Russo is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Technology•Media•Telecom Group, focusing on sports transactions. He is a recognized industry leader and innovator in digital sports media and technology. Previously, Chris served as the Founder and CEO of Big Lead Sports, the largest independent online sports property in the U.S. (which he ultimately sold to USA TODAY). Prior to Big Lead Sports, Chris served as Senior Vice President, New Media and Publishing, for the National Football League. In that role, he had broad P&L responsibility for the digital and publishing business unit and oversaw all day-to-day operations. Chris began his media career in television, first serving as Vice President of Promotion Marketing at NBC and later joining New Line Television (a Time Warner Company) as Executive Vice President, Franchise Programming. He received his BA from Northwestern University and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Danny Glantz, AIG Danny Glantz is the Global Head of Sponsorship for AIG and is responsible for overseeing and managing AIG’s global sponsorship program, including New Zealand Rugby. Danny develops and directs AIG sponsorship strategies, while working with all AIG regions to optimize the benefits of these relationships. Prior to his current role, Danny was an Assistant General Counsel for AIG for nearly seven years. Danny’s practice had focused on intellectual property, e-commerce, Internet law, commercial and M&A transactions, marketing, and licensing. Prior to joining AIG in 2006, Danny worked at the National Basketball Association (NBA) in their Intellectual Property legal group, and with the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP in their Insurance M&A practice group. Danny has gained additional sports related experience having interned at IMG and ESPN. Danny received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Kirti Srikant, OppenheimerFunds Kirti Srikant with more than 16 years of marketing experience joined OppenheimerFunds in September 2010 to digitize the advertising and media strategies for the firm. She oversees brand marketing, advertising, media strategy, brand sponsorships and agency relationships. Her approach to advertising for the “Globalize your thinkingTM” campaign earned over 30 accolades. “Growth.Income.Protection.*” earned over 10 industry awards for digital and multi-media advertising FCS Portfolio, Midas and Gramercy Institute’s ‘Best Media Strategy’. Most recently, Kirti launched a disruptive new campaign, “Invest in a Beautiful World” and is looking to change the way brands tell stories. Kirti is the recipient of ‘Brand Innovators 40 Under 40’, ‘Gramercy Institute’s 20 Rising Stars in Financial Marketing 2013’, ‘AWNY’s Advertising Working Mother of the Year 2012’. Kirti volunteers her time as Board of Director for the Financial Communications Society, supporting charities through the organizations’ works. Kirti received her MBA from the Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Corporate Communications & Marketing from the City University of New York. A native New Yorker, Kirti lives with her daughter and husband in FiDi. She spends her free time performing with her charity band, ‘The Mayhem’.
