SPEAKER BIOS Wendy Buzzeo Director, Digital Marketing, MetLife Wendy Buzzeo is the Director of Digital Marketing for MetLIfe, where she oversees digital acquisition for some of MetLife's largest business lines. She manages lead generation and optimization, and is currently building a new US Digital Marketing Strategy. Wendy joined MetLife in 2014 to lead digital for the Direct Life Insurance division and quickly grew her team to oversee digital marketing company-wide. She was designated one of the top 20 Rising Stars in Financial Marketing by the Gramercy Institute and has driven the MetLife marketing team to achieve industry-wide recognition for a number of cutting-edge, first-to-market digital media programs. Wendy has over a decade of experience running digital for major brands and previously held the position of Director of Online Marketing for TD Ameritrade where she relaunched its website. Prior to that she served as the Director of Marketing for FXCM, launching advertising programs in nine countries around the globe. Wendy lives in the New York City metro area with her husband and two young sons. Kim Grant Senior Vice President, Enterprise Media, Bank of America Kim Grant leads Communications Planning and Strategic Media Investment for Brand and Consumer Products at Bank of America. A creative and collaborative Marketer with a passion for attempting that which has not been done before, Kim provides thought leadership on Brand and Image initiatives and leads the bank and agency teams to promote customer solutions such as Card and Investments across Paid, Owned and Earned channels to meet aggressive business goals. Kim is a 19 year veteran of BofA and has spent the last 15 years in communications and media, following a stint in data and analytics. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he spent 11 years with Capital One in leadership roles in Marketing and in Operations defining & operationalizing a holistic “customer back” approach to doing business. The approach was informed through rich customer insight, team member feedback & was backed by sound analytics.
