“Best Practices in Digital Customer Experience”

As an introduction to the new Certification in Digital Marketing Analytics program offered by the Financial Marketing Institute, the FCS welcomes Northwestern University professors Frank Dudley and Roy Wollen for a special virtual presentation. On Tuesday, April 18, beginning at 12 noon ET, they will present “Best Practices in Digital Customer Experience.

Dudley is a professor of Digital Marketing, Media and Innovation. He will provide current examples of top performing financial services companies, including Fidelity Wealth Management, Bank of America, State Farm, USAA, Navy Federal Credit Union and Bank of Baroda USA. Professor Dudley will explain why these are best-in-class firms and how they are leveraging data and technology to deliver optimal customer experiences that win and retain customers.  

Wollen is a professor of Data Analytics. He will explain what metrics are currently relevant to driving superior customer experiences across websites, mobile, social, digital display and email channels.  He will also discuss how to leverage digital analytics to drive more dynamic customer experiences.
