Joan Khoury, Chief Marketing Officer, Oppenheimer & Co.

Joan Khoury joined Oppenheimer in 2015 bringing deep experience leading and developing marketing teams in the retail, wealth and institutional segments. She previously was CMO for LPL Financial, where she developed the company’s marketing and brand strategy. Prior to that, she served as Head of Marketing for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where she refined and repositioned the Firm’s wealth management business. Her earlier roles include Global Head of Marketing, Wachovia Evergreen Investments and Group Head of Global Marketing at Bank of New York Mellon. She began her professional career managing marketing communications for United Way of Macon, Georgia. Joan earned a BA in Business Administration from Wesleyan College. She is a member of the Women’s Forum of New York, which is a network of leaders in the professions, arts, and business.

Marisa Ricciardi is the Founding Partner and CEO of the Ricciardi Group, the NY-based strategic marketing agency with clients including Visa, iCapital, Splitit and Adobe, which received Inc’s Fastest Growing Companies award three years running. Ricciardi started her career as a trader on the Unit Investment Trading Desk at Morgan Stanley, became a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, and then the CMO of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE Euronext). Riccardi is on the Fast Company Executive Board, part of the Forbes Next 1000, a visiting lecturer at NYU, a founding member of the private peer-to-peer network Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB) – serving on the Boards of Siena College Stack Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and JJellyfish – and is very active in the angel investing community.
