Recap
For the seventh consecutive year, the FCS community enjoyed the first peak at the Annual Living Ratings research report on Asset Managers, produced by Living Group. Focusing on the brand and digital intelligence of the world’s top 100 asset managers, the report is a benchmarking tool for measuring how these firms use their websites and social media channels to market their brands. Kate Shaw, CEO and Co-Founder of Living, unveiled key findings from this year’s study and named the top 20 firms. Her presentation shed light on important statistics and emerging trends within the industry, while also featuring outstanding examples of content and engagement from different asset managers around the world. Following Kate’s slideshow, Kirti Naik, Global CMO at SMC Blockchain and FCS board director, conducted an interview with Erik Schneberger, CMO from American Century Investments, and Beth Saint, Global Head of Marketing & Communications from Schroders . The panel delved into the Ratings’ insights and addressed their own brands’ activation of current trends, such as artificial intelligence.
