SPEAKER BIOS Amy d’Oliveira VP, Integrated Strategy Prudential Amy d’Oliveira leads an integrated strategy, planning and analytics team for Prudential Brand Marketing & Advertising, Prudential's in-house advertising and content agency. She and her team collaborate with business unit and corporate partners to maximize brand impact, marketing effectiveness and audience engagement leveraging the award-winning "Bring Your Challenges" campaign and the 4.01k Race for Retirement. Prior to joining Prudential, Amy led strategic planning, communications planning and CRM strategy at top-caliber agencies Ogilvy and Deutsch for clients including IBM, Zurich and PNC Bank. Amy earned a B.S.in public relations and marketing from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She currently lives in New York City, but is quickly learning how to navigate Newark, NJ, the home of Prudential. Tricia H. Gabberty US Head of Marketing for the Commercial Bank and Global Banking & Markets HSBC Tricia Gabberty is the US Head of Marketing for the Commercial Bank and Global Banking & Markets for HSBC.  Tricia leads her team in the support of business objectives through marketing initiatives that are data-led and include thought leadership, brand, insights, sales enablement, digital and media advertising. Tricia joined HSBC in December of 2013.  Prior to HSBC, Tricia held leadership roles at Astoria Bank, MasterCard and Citibank, and worked successfully as an independent marketing consultant across a range of industries. Tricia holds a BBA from Hofstra University where she serves on the Advisory Board of their Department of Marketing and International Business, is a guest lecturer in both undergraduate and graduate level marketing courses, and is an active volunteer providing coaching and mentoring to students through  Hofstra’s Career Center. Amanda Rubin Global Co-Head of Brand and Content Strategy Goldman Sachs Amanda is global co-head of Brand and Content Strategy in the Executive Office. The group is responsible for creating and highlighting content that focuses on Goldman Sachs’ analysis and work related to economies, markets and clients. The group leverages various communications channels, including advertising and digital platforms, to reach across the firm’s core external constituencies, including clients, investors and the public. Amanda joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 in the Brand Marketing and Digital Strategy Group, focusing on the firm’s corporate brand, including advertising campaigns, the external website, social media presence and marketing efforts for corporate engagement and recruiting initiatives. From 2010 to 2014, she served as co-chair of the Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit and Executive Office Women’s Network. Amanda was named managing director in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Amanda worked at Chiat Day, Ogilvy & Mather, and DDB Needham Worldwide. While at those firms, she worked with industry leaders such as American Express, Bank of New York and Digital Equipment Corporation. Amanda earned a BA in Political Science from Emory University and an MBA from The George Washington School of Government and Business Administration. Michael Corcoran Global Executive Editor, Bloomberg Media Studios Bloomberg Michael Corcoran has been the executive editor for custom content at Bloomberg Media since 2010. In his global role, he is responsible for the cross-platform conceptualization and creation of content for the company’s media clients, and for strengthening and maintaining ongoing relationships with those clients. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Corcoran spent parts of his career at Time Inc., Rodale, Dennis Publishing, The New York Times Magazine Group and Petersen Publishing, where he held various editor-in-chief and executive editor roles overseeing publications and websites. Also in that mix was three years as the managing editor of a weekly network TV show for ABC Sports. In his spare time he has been a journalism instructor at Temple University, written 10 books and countless stories for magazines and websites all over the world, been a weekend columnist for Scotland on Sunday and made many TV and radio appearances on a wide range of topics. Along the way he’s picked up a National Magazine Award, and several writing awards for his work on an array of subjects.
