The FCS Diversity & Inclusion Forum speaker series continues with a panel discussion on "The New Office Culture." Join us online for this virtual event on Tuesday, September 21 at 4:00pm ET.
With businesses ramping up the scheduled return of employees to their offices, we are faced with new questions and challenges about how the past 18 months have impacted corporate culture. During our time working remotely and logging in from home offices, our relationships with colleagues, management and clients have changed. Sometimes slightly, sometimes dramatically. Commuting and sharing office space again brings with it a full emotional range — from trepidation and fear to relief and excitement. How do employees balance their concerns and their ambitions? How do managers meet employee expectations?
Layered atop these personal feelings is the greater awareness and acceptance of diversity and inclusion that has been driven by the racial inequality and civic unrest that created searing headlines and lasting memories during the pandemic. How will these topics influence the culture of the largest and smallest firms in the financial services ecosystem?
Our panel will delve into these sensitive topics and share their thoughts on how we can all work together to foster the right culture for our team, our office, and our company.
DeLonzo Rhodes, Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Dotdash, will moderate our panel, which will include:
- Marleta Ross, Managing Director and General Manager of the Chase Sapphire Credit Card portfolio for J.P. Morgan
- Angela Bostick, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania
You're welcome to submit questions for our panel ahead of the event by email to [email protected].
