Liza Landsman, with a deep background in digital marketing, will discuss how the company has used data to drive a superior customer experience. Liza is a former CMO of E*TRADE and her financial marketing experience also includes senior digital marketing positions at BlackRock and Citi. She'll talk to the FCS YMC about her career choices and what skillset she's brought to each new challenge.

SPEAKER BIO Liza Landsman Chief Customer Officer Jet.com Liza Landsman joined Jet.com in 2015 as its Chief Customer Officer. Prior to Jet, Liza was Chief Marketing Officer for E*TRADE and was responsible for its marketing initiatives, including customer engagement, analytics and insights, advertising, direct online and offline marketing programs, and branding campaigns. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Liza held the position of Global Head of Digital at BlackRock, where she was responsible for firm-wide digital marketing strategy, including social media, web sites, and mobile applications. Before that, she was an Operating Partner at Bravas Partners. This followed a decade in senior management positions at Citigroup, where she focused primarily on driving engagement across customer channels, especially internet and mobile platforms. Liza also previously held several leadership roles at IBM in its e-commerce and personal systems group units, flooz.com, a start-up in the payments space and Writers House Inc. Liza graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University. She joined the Board of Directors of Choice Hotels International (CHH) in 2014 where she is a member of both the Audit and Diversity Committees. She has served on the Board of Directors of GO! Project, a New York City based non-profit organization that provides educational programs for children in need since 2012.
