On May 10th, the FCS welcomed Nancy Brenna, Global Head of Marketing for Bank of America Merrill Lynch to the stage at Reuters' Times Square headquarters for a truly unique breakfast program.
Nancy explained how the bank used virtual reality to demonstrate the ways that “artificial reality” will transform business and have an impact on every industry. Nancy discussed how VR signals an important game changer in the marketing tool kit – a huge shift in what's possible for storytelling, data visualization, and education.
Nancy was joined by the team that has supported this groundbreaking initiative:
- Robert Green, Chief Creative Officer, Ripple Collective
- Jim Harrington, SVP Group Creative Director, GroupeConnect
- Jill Sherman,SVP, Group Strategy Director, North American Social Media Practice Lead, GroupeConnect
With several VR set-ups staged in the event space, all of the breakfast guests had the opportunity to experience for themselves the VR piece – a virtual one-on-one meeting with Sarbjit Nahal, Head of Thematic Investing Strategy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, who explains the landscape, impact and potential opportunities of artificial reality.
Our thanks to Reuters for being our host sponsor for this event.
