With over 35 members already signing up for this year’s program, the FCS has decided to extend the enrollment period for our Members-Only Mentoring program. The new deadline is Friday, January 17th. Our sixth year of this successful initiative is shaping up to be a record-setter!
Our program matches mentees and mentors based on their career goals and mentor experience and interests. Applications for both roles are open now and will close on January 17th (no exceptions). Mentoring will begin in late January, kicking off with a virtual get-together for all participants.
The FCS Mentoring program provides a unique opportunity to be mentored by a more senior executive in financial marketing, communications, or media. The focus is on honing industry knowledge as well as skills in project management, negotiating, etc. The time commitment for the program is only one hour per month, starting in January and ending in December.
The size of the program will be based on the number of qualified applicants and pairing compatibility, taking into account one’s career aspirations and development goals.
