Beth Saint is Global Head of Marketing and Communications at Schroders, which involves articulating and delivering strategic vision for Marketing and Communications for the Group globally. In this role, Beth works closely with the teams who are responsible for product development, strategy and investment capabilities, to provide insights which help the Group understand and anticipate client demand patterns and needs. Beth has overall responsibility for the articulation and visualisation of the Schroders brand globally and sets the strategic framework for employee, media, client and wider stakeholder communications globally. Beth joined Schroders in 2008 and is based in London.
Previously Beth was Head of Communications at Schroders from 2014 to 2018, which involved delivering integrated communications campaigns targeting employees, clients, media, investors and wider external stakeholders. The role incorporated wider reputation management and investor communications at the plc level.
Prior to this Beth worked in a variety of client channel media relations roles at Schroders with responsibility for managing the company’s positioning with the media. Before this Beth held communications roles at Aviva Investors.
Before moving to the UK in 2004, Beth spent her early career in corporate communications roles within the mining, legal and governmental sectors in Australia. Beth has a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and more than 20 years’ industry experience.
